How far in advance should I place my order? The more notice the better! I only take a certain amount of orders per weekend, so if you want to get on the baking calendar then you should place your order soon.
I don't see what I want in your gallery, can you still create my cookie/cake design?
I have a ton of cookie cutters just waiting to be used. If I don't have the cutter then I will try and locate it. If it's impossible, or a very unique design then I can usually freehand the design, but this will cost more. As far as cakes go...the sky is the limit..well usually. :)
How long do the cookies stay fresh? If you keep them in some sort of container, or ziploc bag, then they usually last about 6 days or so. We have a hard time keeping them for any amount of time here, so they might last longer....
How long do the cakes stay fresh? I use a non-dairy mousse as a filling so the cakes are made to sit out. I use this type of mousse because wedding cakes and larger sized party cakes can sit out for hours without refrigeration. I do think that cakes stored in the refrigerator last longer (about a week) as opposed to sitting at room temperature. You can also freeze cakes.
Do you sell your cookie dough? Absolutely. This is a great idea if you want to bake cookies with your kiddos over the holidays, or maybe for a cookie party. The dough can be refrigerated for two weeks, and frozen for two months. When rolled out this dough doesn't change shapes or flatten out in the oven.
