My soon to be 4 year old daughter is obsessed with dogs, so she HAD to have a puppy cake for her birthday party.  My very talented husband made the armature, and carved the body for me.  So, yes, the entire dog is edible!  The head and legs are made out of rice krispy treats.    Oh, and she's also quite fond of Oliva, which is why the dog is sitting on an Olivia cake. :)
