11.16.11 new cookie sheets!!!

 Ahhh....my brand new cookie sheets arrived recently.  I had to retire two of my older cookie sheets because they weren't baking evenly anymore.  I have one other cookie sheet that I LOVE, but I've used it so often that the brand has rubbed off of the bottom of the sheet. So, I did a lot of research and this cookie sheet, vollrath, kept popping up again and again.  So, I figured I'd give it a go.  Next week is Thanksgiving and then the following week is when the crazy baking schedule starts...so, I was going to be in a bit of a bind if they didn't produce the amazing results I'd read so much about.  Good news...they are as wonderful as everybody says.  These are definitely my new favorite cookie sheets and I will be buying more right away!  I'm working on baby shower cookies for a friend's baby shower tomorrow. I'm also working on her cake...even though, technically, I'm not taking cake orders.  I just have a really hard time saying no...especially when it's my best friend who is asking.  Happy baking.
